Our members and associates have wide experience in the study of proposals for the executive structures of sports clubs and organizations, and help to make them more efficient, and also deal with the implementation of proposals.

First of all, we conduct a deep analysis of the client’s situation and needs.

We analyse what resources are available, and from there we define the organizational structure required by putting together an organizational chart, which is adapted to the needs of each client. We establish the functions and responsibilities in each workplace.

The ultimate aim is for the organisation to be capable, at all times, to achieve the proposed objectives while maximaizing the use of its resources.

We apply the same spirit to the design of both executive and sporting organizational charts, whether amateur or professional, and from youth to elite sports.

We analyse policies, procurement systems and the contractation of materials, services and travels. We establish internal mechanism in order to improve the management of procurement and obtain significant savings.
